The number of bookings for the first in my series of “2020 vision” breakfast briefings has rocketed. We now have 50 booked for the event on 14 January 2020 which has resulted in us needing to change the venue – we are now going to be at The Old Bakery Studios.
I have been liaising with Anna Staevska from BIG Productivity scheme administrators, Cornwall Development Company, on the content for our presentations. I will be including an update on the RPDE Growth Programme (following my attendance at the recent Rural Payments Agency briefing session); a general update on funding available to SMEs in Cornwall and a selection of my top tips for businesses looking for grant funding.
Anna will be covering BIG Productivity (the central focus of this breakfast briefing) and we hope to be joined by a recipient of a previous round of BIG funding to share their experiences.
I look forward to seeing all who have booked a place on this event next Tuesday at the Old Bakery Studios. Event details have been amended on our events page for the event – see link.
As a footnote, as a proud Cornish-man, I would like to use this opportunity to say congratulations to all involved in the production of Bait on the BAFTA nominations – congratulations and good luck.
