Truro – Budget 2020
On Wednesday 11 March the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rishi Sunak, will deliver his first Budget speech, setting out the Government’s plans for the economy. With a majority of 80 in the House of Commons and the need to present Britain as ‘open for business’ and forward thinking and innovative in a post-Brexit world, this means we could be in for the most interesting Budget that we have had in many years.
With this in mind, PKF Francis Clark believe that you will want to be able to hear our immediate thoughts and opinions first hand at a Budget breakfast event the following morning. You will be able to listen to our tax partners and consultants analysing the measures taken, network with fellow professionals and business owners and to enjoy a delicious breakfast bap!
In addition to the events, we have also written a number of pre-Budget blogs, where our tax, VAT and sector experts have looked at a number of areas we believe could be under scrutiny when the Chancellor takes to the dispatch box on Budget day. These are available to read on our website found here.
7.45am – tea, coffee and breakfast rolls on arrival
