Merry Christmas! Our offices will be closed from 1pm on Christmas Eve, reopening on Tuesday 4 January.

Farming Matters newsletter – issue 01

Welcome to the first edition of our revamped Farming Matters newsletter!

Some highlights include a special feature on our fantastic clients Hunt’s Cider – eighth generation farmers and cider makers who, under the stewardship of the latest generation, brother and sister, Richard and Annette Hunt have grown and developed the cider business that has proved to be resilient even in these difficult times.

We also look at family relationships, ideas on how to retire (or at least semi retire!) and leave a legacy to children, making sure that your will and partnership agreements are up to date and aligned to make sure your wishes are followed and if there are problems in the family, how to resolve family disputes.

We hope you enjoy the newsletter and if you have any questions, please contact your usual PKF Francis Clark contact or, if you are not already a client, please contact a member of the rural team – contact details on the back page of the newsletter.
