Over 115 professionals from various firms in Devon joined PKF Francis Clark last week to see in the New Year and welcome the start of the regional accountancy firm’s Centenary year.
PKF Francis Clark, which has an office in Exeter, was founded in 1919 by Francis S Clark. The drinks occasion is an annual event that provides a toast to a prosperous New Year which has been hosted by the firm for over 20 years.
The evening that was held at Exeter Castle offered the perfect opportunity for the firm and its friends to reflect on the business’s growth and achievements, as well as mark the start of 2019, PKF Francis Clark’s 100th birthday.
Following a presentation from Sean Grinsted, Exeter Office Managing Partner, who touched on the office’s move in 2018 into Centenary House, a larger premises which was prompted by sustained year on year growth, partner promotions, exam success and fundraising achievements, guests enjoyed each other’s company with a glass of bubbly in hand.
“The evening was a fantastic way to bring in the New Year and begin our Centenary celebrations. 2019 is very special year for the firm and we are delighted that so many professionals were there to celebrate it with us” said Sean Grinsted, Exeter Office Managing Partner.
The award-winning firm has seven offices which are located across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire.
