Regional chartered accountants PKF Francis Clark has appointed a new Director at their Plymouth office.
Louise Bridgett who specialises in working with charities and not-for-profit organisations was promoted to Director on 1 April 2018. Louise joined PKF Francis Clark’s Exeter office in 1997 and qualified with the firm as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. In total, she has been with the firm for 16 year.
She has a growing portfolio of not-for-profit clients and is a specialist in charity accounting and audit, as well as social enterprise, housing and the education sector. She has assisted and advised many new community interest companies on both setting up and on-going matters. In addition to her time in practice, Louise’s experiences whilst working in the public sector have given her a wealth of additional expertise and this additional knowledge is particularly relevant to her not-for-profit clients. Louise’s passion and interest in the sector is one of her strengths and she especially enjoys getting to know her clients and supporting them. She has recently been appointed to the board of Plymouth Social Enterprise Network and is thoroughly enjoying being involved in the sector.
