Andrew Richards

Andrew splits his time between managing the firm and acting for landed estates. He particularly enjoys obtaining an in-depth understanding of the commercial issues and constraints facing clients and the personal objectives of the key decision-makers. Having obtained this essential appreciation of the context in which advice is to be provided, he has the skills and enthusiasm to make a key contribution to planning, strategic and tax issues.

Andrew has acted for Landed Estates for over 25 years and has expertise in dealing with succession, trusts and estates, heritage property and maintenance funds.

For many clients he also acts as a facilitator and is often asked to contribute to board meetings.

Andrew has a degree in managerial and administration studies. He is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.
