Mark is a highly experienced partner and corporate finance adviser with over 25 years of transactional experience across a range of business sectors, deal types and locations. This includes management buy-outs (MBOs), equity and complex debt raising as well as corporate acquisitions and disposals, focused in sectors ranging across media, manufacturing &engineering, retail and Hi-tech.

Mark is highly regarded for his commercial approach and for getting deals done. He led the MBOs of Plessey Semi-Conductors and Sutton Seeds, where the ownership of the business was returned to local management from foreign parents in complex and highly pressured deals. He advises Goonvean and Mission Marketing Group as serial acquirers having made numerous acquisitions over recent years.

Mark is also responsible for the firm’s international network, PKF. This has included organising trade and similar visits to China and the US over the last year as well as building strong relations with firms as far afield as Australia, South Africa, Germany and Brazil.
