Tamsin is a Chartered Accountant at the forefront of our sports accountants team. She specialises in providing accountancy and taxation advice to sports professionals and the businesses that surround them.

Married to a former professional footballer and with a young family, Tamsin knows how important it is for sports professionals to receive sound advice so that ultimately they retire from their sport comfortably.

She has an unrivalled knowledge and understanding of the tax implications and requirements in the UK sporting world.

Her experience enables her to assist in all aspects of personal tax from playing contract implications, image rights, sponsorship, Self-Assessment Returns, tax enquires, international competitions or appearances, moves to/from the UK and provide specialist tax advice to those coming to the UK from overseas.

Tamsin also looks after her clients’ further businesses; advising on new ventures, rental property portfolios, property development, partnerships, ‘image rights’ and corporate entities. Her and the team are able to structure all of the business affairs with optimum tax efficiency, ultimately saving clients money.

She is often called upon by clubs and governing bodies to give presentations on relevant tax issues.

Tamsin and the team currently look after over 300 sports clients, including footballers (international and Premier League – Conference), Premiership/International rugby players, tennis players, cricketers, athletes, sailors, racing drivers, golfers and Team England Rugby.
