James Barrett

James joined PKF Francis Clark as a Director in the Business Services team in Plymouth in 2016, having spent over 15 years working with a ‘Big 4’ firm where he supported his clients with transaction advice, assurance and audit, and technical accounting issues.

James has experience working with all types of businesses, including corporates, partnerships and sole traders, working with them from start-up, through their growth phase and to exit. He gives commercial accounting and tax advice, and support so clients can focus their time on running their business. James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
