Paul is a partner in the corporate finance team at PKF Francis Clark.

During a 20 year career in the finance sector, he spent the first ten years working for national accountancy firms including 7 years at a ‘Big 4’ firm in Bristol and Exeter. During this time he advised on both buy-side transactions including MBO’s and acquisitions together with sell-side mandates in a range of sectors.

He spent ten years in the banking industry with HSBC undertaking leadership roles in both corporate banking and leverage and acquisition finance. In joining PKF Francis Clark in 2015 and returning to the accountancy profession, Paul has utilised his combined corporate finance and banking experience to provide advice to business owners and management teams to gain the necessary funding to achieve their business interests and goals.
