Rhiannon Baynham

Joining the business in 2024, Rhiannon is a Senior Tax Manager bringing high-level expertise to the corporate tax department.  She is based in the Bristol office.  Her focus is on the larger corporates and her role comprises compliance and advisory work within the team.

Rhiannon joined from HMRC where she spent 8 years working as an international and corporate tax specialist for large corporates and mid-sized businesses.

She has extensive experience of HMRC enquiries and the behavioural penalty regime, complex corporation tax issues, tax compliance, UK tax assurance rules and international tax, as well as transfer pricing and double taxation relief

She achieved a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Professional Studies in Taxation (Corporation Tax).

Rhiannon relishes being in a fast-paced environment and getting to be involved in solving a range of complex problems.

One of her biggest personal achievements was running the half marathon in 2023. She enjoys any kind of travel (city breaks, beach holidays, skiing/walking/cycling holidays), running, and eating out. One of the best things she’s done was a 6-week backpacking trip around south-east Asia.
