Michelle Branch

Michelle joined Francis Clark as a VAT Manager in June 2022 having worked for a leading London property developer in a similar role for the previous 15 years. Michelle started her VAT career with HMRC before joining Ernst & Young LLP in practice.

An expert in land and property queries, Michelle specialises in advising on complex VAT liability, structuring, or construction and development projects. Passionate about helping our clients navigate this complex landscape, Michelle blends attention to detail with the ability to express complex issues in a relatable way.

During her free time Michelle can be found exploring the Cornish coastline with her family and greyhound, enjoying camping trips or keeping herself busy with a crochet hook.
